About the AGS
The AGS is a unique, international partnership between four of the world’s leading science and technology universities – The University of Tokyo, the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology, Chalmers University of Technology, and MIT. Created in 1997, the AGS today brings together hundreds of university scientists, engineers, and social scientists to address the complex issues thet lie at the intersection of environmental, economic and social goals. Researchers at the universities collaborate on major research projects that affect economic development and societal well-being worldwide, such as energy fo the 21st century, environmentally conscious design and manufacturing, the growth of megacities, and global demand for mobility.| |
