The Foro Consultivo Cientifico y Tecnologico (Scientific and Technological Consultative Forum) is a Global Project Correspondent, aiming to gather scientific literature which has been generated around the concepts of well-being, development and progress.
Also, the Foro aims to gather qualitative information by interviewing scholars, researchers, public servants, and opinion leaders in Mexico concerning their opinions on 'progress.'
Publications
The Foro's most recent publication was entitled, "Measuring the progress of societies: Reflections from Mexico."
