The show features women leaders from Bosnia, Lebanon, Pakistan, Rwanda, and the United States discussing their experiences working to prevent, resolve, and help societies recover from armed conflicts in very different contexts.
The featured women peace builders are:
Alice Urusaro Karekezi, Lecturer and Researcher, Faculty of Law, National University of Rwanda; Mossarat Qadeem, Executive Director, PAIMAN Alumni Trust in Pakistan; Amra Seleskovic, Founder and Director, Vesta Association, Bosnia; and Dima Sensenig, PhD, Director, Institute for Women's Studies in the Arab World, Lebanese American University, Lebanon. Ambassador Hunt, chair of The Institute for Inclusive Security and president of Hunt Alternatives Fund, draws on her decade of work elevating the voices of women in peace processes around the world.
